| I assume the 800Mhz version is the one ONLY with the CPU overclocked, and that these are the very last remains of the version now out of production, in favour of the 733Mhz that also has the RAM BUS overclocked to 147Mhz, making it the best performanced SAM of them all.. _________________ Probably Pegasos 2 G4 1Ghz 1GB DDR-system, ATI Radeon 9250, ESI@Juli PCi-soundcard, all running AmigaOS 4.1 with latest updates, or a new powerful Amiga! Fingers crossed!

Actually, we don't know that yet for sure...
@amigakit
Is the RAM Bus running at 133 Mhz or 147 Mhz on this board? _________________ AmigaOS 4.1 FEu2 on Sam440ep-flex 800MHz 1GB RAM C128, A500+, A1200, A1200/40, AmigaForever 2008+09+16, 5 x86/x64 boxes Still waiting (or dreaming) for the Amiga revolution... m4rko.com/AMIGA

Any tft monitor should work, a nice 20" or bigger. A tft has a default screen size, you just set the screen mode in Devs:Monitor/(driver card) to the native screen mode @60Hz. Some of the cheaper monitors are only 18 bit, so make sure the specs say it'll do 24M colors. _________________ Hate tends to make you look stupid...

| Well, there I finally made the step. I bought a complete 800Mhz flex system. Looking forward to playing with it when it arrives _________________ God is a man with a grey beard. His name is Jay Glenn Miner.

| @ marko & HKvalhe,
here's what Amigakit responded to my email yesterday:
"Overall the 800Mhz will be better performance, but the 733Mhz may have better performance on some other benchmarks due to faster memory bus. ACube have not shared any benchmarks results with us, they are currently on vacation so unavailable at the moment."
I sen an email to ACube but they are on vacation ..hopefully they respond soon Last edited by klx300r on 18-Aug-2009 at 02:26 PM.

| here's Acubes response to my email regarding which system is faster:
"Hello,
It all depends on what action you do. Sometimes the 800 is faster, sometimes it's not. But if you compare the 2 boards on many tests, you'll find the 800 a bit faster. And I'm sure you won't regret your purchase -- Best Regards, ACube Systems s.r.l www.acube-systems.biz" _________________ ____________________________ c64-2sids, A1000, A1200T-060@50(finally working!),A4000-CSMKIII !
