Sniff... I just can't download it. I left it downloading last night, at a huge 400bytes a second and got up this morning to find it had done 12 MB before the connection died. I left it downloading this morning (slightly faster, but not much) and got to 8 MB before the connection died. I on a 1Mbit connection as well.

Oh well, it's obviously very popular which is good news I guess!

Hyperion:

Since you have a light version on the homepage you should also put up a file which only has the things missing in the light version, so people don't have to waste bandwidth on dl'ing the full 63mb if they decide to get the rest of the files after all.

I think You should uninstall the SDK, and install it again, but uncheck SDL.

A short update:

There is no a fix for the STLport archive available on the site. The SDK is now fixed as well, so if you download it now you will get a fully working version and don't need the fix.

Also, especially for Coder, there is now a split-up version of the "light" SDK

Again: Don't install the STLport package, or get the updated SDK from our website. Alternatively, get the STLport update archive from our website and replace the one in the actual SDK archive.

Moderators/Maintainers: Can anybody add this to the news item:

"Note: If you experience problems, re-install the SDK without the STLport package, or get the updated SDK or the STLport replacement package from hyperion-entertainment.biz"

Argh, got 20MB this time before the thing died again.

Now I can't get to Hyperions homepage. How on earth did AmiDog download it twice!!!!

I get a "Bad Gateway" error at hyperion's site ...

... But it's great that the SDK is there at least!

Meanwhile, for newbies, this tutorial was recommended in the corresponding thread on amiga.org. I thought it was very nice (if not yet complete) and complements other efforts on the web, giving a good summary of stuff.
