| I uploaded all the Amidog VICE stuff to Aminet and it seems that someone thought it was a new version. But the version I uploaded is exactly the same version you can find in Amidog's webpage, it's there just for security reasons (it may be agood idea to upload all the emus to aminet) Last edited by Crumb on 10-Aug-2006 at 09:45 AM.

..also I noticed that when I ran the new VICE, it opened in fullscreen mode. I had this option ticked in the menu before, but the old version would always open in windowed mode despite having fullscreen ticked.
It really seems like they've added a bit more polish to this 1.19 version.
EDIT: Previously, when I selected "auto start disk/tape image" from the first pulldown menu, it would open the game file requester on the wrong screen. This has also been corrected in the new version. Last edited by jahc on 10-Aug-2006 at 11:09 AM.

There seems to have been three releases of VICE since you last upgraded. I'm probably to blame for this as I don't always make a news item when a new version is released. |
