Events   Events : Amiga Summer Party 2006 - Update #1
   posted by shoe on 11-Aug-2006 17:51:36 (3407 reads)

We've got some good news for all you Amiga party freakz out there. Amiga Summer Party 2006 will be featuring Goto80 Live! on stage! Goto80 is one of the true masters of C64 music, active for over ten years and touring all over europe.
Well known sponsor and reseller Guru Meditation will be showing off the latest goodies from Amiga Land, and Prof. Göran Wendin will hold an exciting seminar on Quantum Computing.

Please visit www.amigasummerparty.se for a party schedule and more news as they develop.

"Goto80 is one of the true masters of C64 music, active for over ten years. 2005 was an extra busy year, embarking on a massive Europe-wide summer tour and being selected Artist of the Year at the Microdisko Chip Music Awards." Get their full-length CD-album on www.rebelpetset.com

And read more about Prof. Wendin's research in this lengthy interview from Chalmers university of technology.

Check out the A.S.P. 2006 FAQ in our first announcement here at AmigaWorld.net. We would also like to stress that this event is a joint operation by AmiGBG & Compusphere. This is *not* a fair like previous AmiGBG show's. Although we have at the moment both exhibitors and seminars scheduled, this event will be quite different from the AmiGBG shows.

Hehe, I wonder if it works with the Contiki web browser

@A1200,

Rigo and Ryu have signed up, but I'm not sure if they're still coming. Check with them!

See you all there,
