@Kicko

He was only a couple years younger than me. That is scary. First the Amiga scene was dying, now all the Amigans seem to be dying. It's not good to be part of a dying breed!

I must read up on this fellow, I am almost ashamed to say I know almost nothing about him.

When Fred Fish died I learnt that was a real person, I thought it was made up to stick on disk labels!

I remember when i bought this FredFish discs before i got internet and could download from aminet. I had to buy amiga magazines as we had a lot of them. Today we got almost only the internet. Fast and easy but you cant sit in the toilet and read news ;)

Edit: If you didnt know the SIDStation was programmed using A4000. The later products was ofcourse done using PC or something like that.

Another sad news in Electron family...

Ryan Faubion, the driving force behind the elektron-users forum, has passed away. He was an integral part of the world wide Elektron community, always helpful and responsive. The genuinely friendly atmosphere at elektron-users was to a large extent a direct result of his contributions. He will be deeply missed.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

If you want to leave your condoleances, there's an open thread at Elektron Users:
