I think every A1 owner should ask for some sample CPU's from Freescale

That was a nice read after all the crap weve been getting and I am glad that he was able to get his A1 working and with a faster CPU too!

Very interesting article, I'm glad you have managed to fix your A1. What's the exact part number of the 7457 CPU you have ordered? On the Freescale page there are 13 different type of 7457 listed, all still in production.

Ok, just found out that the 7xxx CPUs aren't available as samples anymore, unfortunately, only the 7xx ones are. Pity.
