AmigaKit, the Amiga computer reseller are pleased to introduce Christopher Follet, a new electronics technician who has now joined our team.

With Christopher's added experience, we are planning additional services and new products for the Amiga market in 2009. (Read more...)

In the forthcoming year, we will also be continuing to work closely with our existing hardware partners to deliver new products and fund additional production runs of existing out-of-stock products, such as the recent exclusive release of new Subway USB.

We would like to thank our customer base for their past support.

That's good news.

Will you be offering PCB rework to save our Amiga motherboards?

Very good news.

I also think there are a good number of Amiga motherboards out there with failed or failing capacitors that would benefit from being replaced if Amigakit could offer the service.

I would also like to have someone in the UK I could send my Amiga accelerators and memory upgrades to to have the battery backed clock batteries replaced which are soldered in place.

Excellent news. Perhaps you can start offering RAM upgrades on the Minimig boards when the next core is released.

Last year I went through the schematics for the A4000T:

and summarized a list here (of course this was my best "guess" since some of the scanned schmeatics are hard to read)---so can use this at your own risk if anybody is interested.

It's great to see an Amiga reseller expanding.
I hope for the best in 2009.
