News   News : Update of the Amiga Games List
posted by Daff on 23-Jan-2011 20:39:14 (2349 reads)
The Amiga Games List maintained by David "Daff" Brunet since April 1991 was updated in early 2011 with its 40th edition. The total reached 11,476 entries as follows:

10410 games
898 extensions or data discs,
129 game/level editors,
39 interpreters.

The games which could run on ColdFire processor (column "ColdF") and PowerPC AROS (column "AROS-PPC") were added, although there is only one in each of these new categories.

In addition, the column "Language" now also shows the games made with python and pygame.

The whole list, its history and stats are availables on:

Impressive work!

For the sake of it, Leather Godddesses of Phobos is an OCS game

Best Regard

Hello G0blin.

Leather Goddess is graphic system independant. The game run on an AmigaDOS window which can be displayed with all graphic displays. So I have put it an the "RTG" column.

Yes, I guess you are right.

As a matter of fact, I got this info from www.lemonamiga.com , but they were actually referring on the hardware available when the game came out.

My bad.

Thanks for pointing it out.

Best regards

g0blin
