Yep. Exactly like Pegasos 2 and Sam boards aren't Amiga branded hardware either. And neither were any Amithlon laptop setups.
And from past experiences, in my opinion "Amiga(One) brand" doesn't mean it's good or anything, only that someone is paying Amiga inc. Don't know the situation with the "AmigaOne X1000" |

There is no Amiga branded hardware in CBM Amiga sense of home computer since A4000 and neither there will be. Natami and Minimig are also motherboards with its names, just like AmigaOnes,SAMs and Pegs are too. What is most important is that those can run OS 3.x/OS 4.x/MOS nativly and that makes them Amigas.
AmigaOne brand belongs to Hyperion so it now means someone pays royalties to Hyperion, while Amiga brand (like with CUSA and others) means someone pays royalties to AmigaInc. But at least AmigaOne brand is AmigaOS associated, while Amiga brand just isn`t.
Strange times, difficult to understand on word level, but with a bit of thinking its not that difficult.
