I had one of these for a very short time, was really excited to get it and fitted it, but guilt of removing original motherboard saw me take it out and refit A1000 board.

In the end I added one of the 86-100 pin adaptors from tomthul on AmiBay and added a GVP HD8 card. Now I have 8mb and scsi and to be honest the A1000 rocks any way.

However, this was a wonderful piece of kit and I sold to a guy who had a nice A1000 but with non repairable motherboard.

Still I also have an A3000

Yes, I'm from Australia. From time to time I've considered porting the uBee512 emulator to the Amiga, hopefully someone else will do it

Does anyone know if these A1000 Phoenix boards can be made again?

OK, I've now ported this. You can get the OS3 and MOS ports from http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/
