The MorphOS development team is proud to announce the public release of MorphOS 3.5, which introduces support for PowerMac 7,2 machines and features various bug fixes as well as other improvements. For an overview of the included changes, please read our release notes.

We strongly urge new users to carefully read our installation and troubleshooting guides before they attempt to install MorphOS for the first time. Existing users can upgrade via the familiar procedure, but are encouraged to read the guides as well. MorphOS 3.5 is available for download in our files section.

R500 video drivers have been shown on Sam460 so hopefully sooner rather than later. A G5 with a Radeon19x0 would be quite something with 3D support.

i know bigfoot show it working on X video card on Sam460 during the Pianeta Amiga...
I ordered a X1900 512mb for my G5 :)
This machine is incredible ...
note i have a MacBookPro i7x4 Retina and a Imac I7x4 3 ghz too and this G5 can fight great in performances compared with new machine ... it is incredible

There's a relatively common issue (a few people have reported it, most updated fine) with the release, which can cause a hang on reboot when installing as an update from previous versions.

It's been identified and a fix prepared, but if you haven't already updated, you're better off waiting until the fixed ISO is released (expected on Monday) before downloading the ISO.
