All cool stuf. And if we all buy an A1 we may see a G5 Amiga. (party on dudes)
Keep up the good work Hyperion. And when you all finished your work on OS4 you can relax and have a cuple of pints on me.

Except for that kid with the mic... could have done without that... I'm sure Ben was thinking the same near the end there, lol.

That aside, it did seem like a good show all around. I enjoyed Ben's interview and Alan's. It was fun to hang around in IRC with you guys.... Some of you have bumped your heads, any you know who you are without me pointing fingers....

Thanks for posting that. I've been going nuts all day trying to find out what's been happening at AmiWest. I wish I could have been there....

Roll on OS4 for the A1!!!

Hey Darrin, in case you missed it, there are some mp3 files of Ben Hermans, Alan Redhouse, and others speeches.

See this thread for direct links.

You know this year they definately got the communications part mostly right.

Being able to download the whole presentation in PDF format as well as downloading the MP3s of the presentation allows anyone to run them both simultaneously and experience the presentation as if they were there at Amiwest.

I think it is a good thing and should be maintained as a tradition.

I wonder how many more presentations we will have to go through before OS4 is actually in the shops.

The Amiwest speech from Ben Hermans sounded a lot like the one a year ago.

@ Herewegoagain:

Thanks for that. Unfortunately I'm stuck at work until the 5th and trying to download large audio files over this sad network connection we have is painful (plus it slows everyone else down as we use the link for transmitting real-time data to various offices).

Hopefully some transcripts will appear sometime soon or someone will post a good summary.

You mean the old "windows is more dependable and reliable" speech... Ha! Ha! don't make me Laugh.

Windows is about as much use as a chocolate frying pan...pathetic!!!
