This is the way that the Record Industry sould be looking at P2P stuff. Rather then panicing about the technology and trying to shut it down, why not embrace it and use it as another medium to sell your product.
Heck, when you think about it, this is a great opotunity for up and comming stars to get thier music out and not just the big stars. I hope that Roxio see this as well.

I think P2P for the musicians is the way forward ... I would gladly pay $2.00 a song.. and apart from a small cut for the p2p client (Napster ?) at least the money goes where its deserved .. To the musicians.
