Events   Events : One month until the June 8-9 Pacific Commodore Expo NW!
posted by RobertB on 9-May-2019 4:56:41 (1589 reads)
That's right... time is counting down to the third annual Pacific Commodore Expo NW! PaCommEx is the only Commodore/Amiga show in the Pacific Northwest, and we welcome all our brothers/sisters from the USA and Canada. The show is held at the

Living Computers: Museum + Labs
2245 1st Ave.
Seattle, Washington 98134, USA
https://livingcomputers.org

The museum being open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., PaCommEx follows that schedule, and the show is situated on the first floor of the building. Pay your admission to the museum, come to our show, and visit all the other museum exhibits on the first and second floors, too.

There will be plenty of classic Commodores and Amigas to use, a couple of presentations to hear, and a hardware raffle in which to participate. More details can be found at

http://www.portcommodore.com/pacommex

Robert Bernardo

Update to the presentations and guests we have for PaCommEx. From the Seattle Commodore Computer Club ( http://www.sea-ccc.org ) comes Eric "AmigaLove" Hill who will have two Saturday presentations, the first on the Amiga 1000 Development System and the second on C64 NG systems - the Ultimate 64 and the C64 Reloaded. Guests will include Ryan Sherwood, leader of the Puget Sound Commodore User Group (of Tacoma) ( http://pscug.org ), and Gordon Steemson from the Seattle Retro-Computing Society ( https://www.seattleretrocomputing.com )

I'm now on the road to the Pacific Commodore Expo NW. Last night I arrived in Yreka, California, just south of the Oregon border. Today I travel to Portland, Oregon. Friday I arrive in Seattle and start setting up for the show.

See you soon,
