Some people claimed it a open hardware design, 'borrowed' by Amiga Kit.

There are several open sourced A600 fast ram board designs available, with various licenses, the one you refer to already has two "parent" projects :)

Typical AmigaKit style is to pretend that their designs are unique and original, and of course so much better than anything else.

I just got the A6095 from them, and it's awesome - I boot it with pcmcia friendly 4MB fast + 1.5MB ranger by default, so it can get online etc, and just pull out the pcmcia and press ctrl-a-a a few secs to get another 4MB fast ram, 9.5 in total (plus 2MB chipram) when I need that.
