Poll : Determining what project(s) should be 'supported' through an 'OS4 Dev Fund' should be done:
By elected members from the community; let them deal with it.
By everyone donating getting a single vote per donation.
By everyone donating getting a single vote per donation of $N amount.
By community polls open to everyone, including those unable to donate.

When someone donates lots off money for a
project he wants to get ported, it is obvious
that he gets the number of votes according
to the numbers of cash he puts in.

But there must also be a higher rank of people
who checks the legal and moral and doable stuff
of the project. If the projects has difficulties then
they move on to the next project that gets a
green light from lets say the master devs.
