| Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else is eagerly awaiting the next version of FPSE?
It works so nicely on my SE now. I just can imagine how awesome it would be with Warp3D support.

Hi there Firbodi!
Yea, I agree. That'd be nice to hear if a new version is close to release!

| As the next FPSE release has been delayed a little longer, I've decided to backport the Warp3D plugin to the old plugin format used by the FPSE 0.09 releases. Get it in the WIP section of my homepage.
And before anyone asks, yes, I've got written permission to use the GPL licensed P.E.Op.S. GPU plugin as a base for another plugin without releasing it under the GPL license. |

What 3D Cards are supported with your 3Ddriver plugin?
I´ve got a Radeon 8500 and a Voodoo 3 and 4.

It works very good on my Radeon 7000 with very minor rendering errors. That's all I can tell.

Is your Radeon 32 MB or 64 MB? FPSE, with w3d plugin, easily gobbles up over 30 MB, and when it's at the brim, performance drops drastically. I think that's why Gran Turismo 2 doesn't run here, or at about 12 fps in a 400 meter test (least demanding). _________________ : AmigaOneXE (unmod.) 750FX/512 MB +stuff & AmigaOS 4.(0|1) : A1200/68060&96MB/SCSI/EM1200-Voodoo3 & OS 3.5 : A500/1MB : Pegasos (ff) 512 MB & MorphOS Praise seitan. |
