as for work cell phone...
back when I had the full responsibility for all it-related stuff during the summer period at a company here, I made sure they supplied me with a cell phone, to which I forwarded all of my calls from my office landline phone.
I will not, give out my home cell number. not for work things. That way I can choose when I am at work by either having or not having it with me or on or not.
