If they have a valid trademark deal, they are legally dealing with this name. Who stopped Hyperion, acube, a-eon,... into making a similar deal?
To its fans, "Amiga" is not about laws and not about "dealing" - it rather is about technique and technologie!

Name raping with money making and producing real Amiga experience for the community are totally different kind of things. Hyperion cares for the later, you seem to care for the first.
I would choose not to answer this but if I were you I'd consider just how much hyperion is making me pay for that amiga experience.
At least you can get the the Amiga experience from Hyperion - Commodore will not be able to deliver it.
