ThEcRoW: The 99 USD are first of all aimed to the countries which are poorer (can't find a better word), like parts of the Eastern Europe, etc. BBRV said the countries listed below the 50 countries with highest BNP would be entitled to the 99 USD EFIKA. That's a start anyway, the price for "the rest of us" would be somewhere around 299 USD - possibly a little more with the integrated XGI graphics chip.
But they can't say for sure before the Chinese production is finished and they have the boards in their hands.
