If they indeed did manage to deregister with outstanding debts (still sounds divorced from reality in my ears), one might wonder why any U.S. corporation ever pays their debts? Remind me to never sign up for any job with an american employer. *shrugs*

Still sounds divorced from reality given Bill McEwen's own words? That seems to smack of desperation to me, desperation for you to cling to a concept you seem to hold dear. I doubt anyone will taunt you or anything if you concede the point, jeez!
As for the appearance of what might of happened here, none of us are saying that its in our estimation that what might have happened was legal in the U.S. justice system. Indeed as Hyperion is stating its appearance if anything at this point appears to have been an improper conveyance. It will be interesting to see what Amiga Delaware produces, if anything. Also you speak of acting in the proper spirit of things and you feel Hyperion has not done so. Yet there seems to be a question of morality in my mind when it comes to Amiga Washington not paying Bolton, even though they should have made money off the IP sale. Neither side appears to be an angel.

And why do you jump to the conclusion that I wouldn't know about Bolten Peck? You obviously don't know much about me, then. What I was questioning was wether he *still* had not been payed. See?

You don't know he still isn't paid, yet its all over Amiga forums, the Seattle Times which has been linked over and over, stuff that we have been talking about here. You site court papers to pummel others who miss something, say like the $2 million offer from Amiga for Hyperion that you did to someone recently. Since this is your modus operandi as I have seen it, the expectation from all of us in fairness can be that you should have obviously been aware of the Amiga Washington dissolution from the court papers and about Bolton, since you always like to talk with authority on matters IMHO. But you weren't, of either, plain and simple, or worse you were but your Amiga Inc. faith blinds you from accepting it. And the more you act in this manner, the more your protestations that none of this matters to you personally hold less and less water, again IMHO.
