i would say i didn't deserve it especially since what you said was wrong. there is NO government backed guarantee of unpaid wages.

there is a law (i can't seem to find atm) that requires companies to set aside enough money to pay wages and other KNOWN expenditures 1 year in advance. but i do not know if it was in force then.

if there was such a program why would this have to happen.
