It's clear that every contact Amiga(Delaware) Inc/KMOS/ITEC have had with this community since the last 'Ask Fleecy' have been all about manipulation and fraud.

All these bizarre little contacts with 'the community' since Amiga.orgs 25 questions are starting to make a lot more sense now.

We now know that the strange request for people who bought A1200s in the nineties and beyond to help Bill McEwen was all about manipulating a future court case. This makes a lot of sense since Jens revealed A(Delaware)'s lack of IP.

As was the strange Pianeta audio address and the even stranger Temple of Technology interview.

Anyone who doesn't believe that the Amiga/ACK thing is not just a continuation of this pathetic manipulation must be naive in the extreme.

Garry Hare was hired on the condition he generate $X? million in investment in KMOS.

Hyperion says KMOS (Hare) committed fraud by misrepresenting ownership of OS4 to Tapul SA.

KMOS itself has ALSO made this claim about Garry Hare! (that he commited fraud by misrepresenting assets)

I can see that proving fraud on Amiga Inc's part probably helps Hyperion's case to win their "Perpetual OS4 License", but how that translates in to owning Amiga IP escapes me. (but so does calculus)
