It's a question that got buzzing around after reading 'Does anyone else using OS4 feel like A-inc has just stabbed them in the back?' thread, and I thing it's quite self-explanatory, so... do you? In which precise way a defunct company which has nothing to do with Hyperion exactly owes you anything?

The only people that owe me anything as in an explanation only (and not just me I wouldn't think) are the Webmasters, Admins and Moderators of the so called Amiga Forums Boards on the Internet Today

How can they truely believe they are serving the Amiga in any real capacity whatsoever by simply allowing people freedom of speech?

This is one of those moments I thank god for time... since time eventually removes everything else common sense can't control...

What load of BS! What do they owe you exactly, that others don't pick on your nerves? Exactly how have you contribute to what you advocate, or any other way? I have made my contribution to this site in various ways of forms, yet I don't come here nagging around it ain't for my liking.

Actually, that mail would have to go to KMOS care/of Garry Hare (CEO) and Ray Akey, the 2 people who actually attempted to make good on the t-shirts.

The only thing Bill did at KMOS was over ride Garry's contract with Hyperion to port OS4.x to the stb. That's still amusing when someone NOT even associated with a company (KMOS), overrides the decisions and contracts of the CEO.

that actually makes sense. i don't imagine amiga, inc., owes hyperion anything further; hyperion had their opportunity to get what they wanted through the settlement process.

i love my SAM running OS4.1. i think it is a terrific product -- not for mainstream people, but at least for me. for all i care they could call it 'diabloOS' rather than 'amigaOS' and i'd still enjoy it. probably the same sentiment you'll get from MOS users, i suspect.

the label means not nearly as much as the content. and press releases do not an actual product make.

You're wrong (partly). Zerohero did a good job cooling few heads couple days ago. Rabbit participant got three days of suspensions. I got three day timeout. There's nothing wrong with multiple threads over the same topic. Just because you're disagreeing with what being stated does not mean someone needs to moderate it.

They owe me $50 US dollars for a start. A pathetic amount in a pathetic currency but they still owe me.

Several years of interest too, and I got nowt for it. Well I did get a T-shirt but did not want nor originally purchase that.

They are scammers that ruined the Amiga with stupid ideas that had nothing to do with the Amiga computer.

They even tried to pretend they were a different company to avoid paying $50 to me. Now how pathetic is that.
