"New Features of Version 7.2
After several attempts by different teams over the years, Andy Broad was able to successfully bring back to life and update the original 7.1 code branch in 2014. The priority of the 7.2 release, introduced to the public in Amiga Forever 2014, was to validate stability and compatibility following the build platform change, and gather feedback about future directions. New features of Personal Paint 7.2 include:

Source code updated to create dual native 68K and PowerPC (AmigaOS 4) builds
Reduced blitting libraries to two: personal_agnus_blit.library (for slower Classic Amiga systems) and personal_cpu_blit.library (new default, replaces other CPU-specific libraries, including all personal_680x0_blit.library instances and personal_ppc_blit.library)
Support for longer file names (up to 107 characters)
True-color clipboard support (required for AmigaOS 4)
Various bug fixes
Discontinued features: audio feedback"

Looks like with Amiga Forever 2014 you get PPaint 7.2 for 68k and a future OS4 ppc build hopefully soon!

Do they deliver in a format which can be accessed from AmigaOS? The last two releases you only got a .exe file which had to be installed on Windows before any Amiga file was accessible.

Unless I missed something, AmiStore isn't online yet. I needed the money, I mean I wanted release, now not in september

PPaint is not compettion for SketchBlock, rather a companion tool.

eg: You create a Fractal animation sequance with SB and you want it as a animgif, PP to the recsue.
