You are right, Interesting. My collegues OS4-on-a-stick device fits nicely inside a breadbox.
However, I find this case much more appropriate.

I think you should forget about the negative comments and just carry on as planned, who cares about sarcastic comments...

When the hardware is around the we are going to use some sarcasm

Just show the clue. Who cares about what other people think anyway.

Just remember this simple rule and life will be better:

Humans are idiots.

Now that explains a lot doesn't it!

Altough I understand your reason, I think that a clue #2 for NOT negative guys should be a nice idea.

I think that someone enjoy this clue-game

Bye bye.

Just give us the next clue please. Sure people are going to be negative if you do, but other's are going to complain if you don't. I'd be interested to see what other clues you have.

I agree. There is a line between being funny and being an a-hole and that line was crossed. You owe us nothing. Don't bother with any clues because it only feeds the negativity machine.

It's true that he doesn't owe us anything, and I can fully understand why he doesn't want to give any mlre clues. The negative response was not what he wanted. However, some of us really are curious as to what clue no. 2 would have been. Guess we'll have to wai the full 2.5 weeks for any new info.

Then some of us should have been hitting the report abuse button more often. We have only ourselves to blame for tolerating the a-holes around here that ruin it for everyone else. Remember the class clowns from high school? Well, they never did go away...

Hi,

I think ikir have right knowing ..
The bad people here will never buy ANY OS4 sollution ...
So .. the right people have informations behind the lines .. the other
have to wait ..

I have no problem with this .. it is a sollution to inform the right
people over e-mail or other things ..

I think new HW is comming [from various developers] and then the bad
people will shut-up from self ...

So it is only a time thing ..

Go ahead and post it if you like. I tell you what, you post your clue and we will delete any negative comment posts. We all know now that there will be some information presented at BB4 in a bit more than a week, and also at Pianetta Amiga on the 23rd and 24th. Go ahead with the clues if it keeps people happy and occupied until the announcement. For those who don't want to see/hear it, skip the thread. I'll even be the first to apoligize for getting cranky at the last one.

It's a little different this time with the promise that this will be shown at a show in just a bit over two weeks, so if you have clues, lay them down and let those who enjoy the mystery guess at what it could be.

Nah, come on. Don't let "them" win. Don't give in. Simply ignore them (and I have to address this to myself, I find myself way to often debating this kind of things).

But by not showing anything, or not following what you originally wanted (ikir), they've already won. I think we should not allow this to happen (and, yes, I fully expect them to show up again and destroy another thread - maybe I'm better in ignoring "them" this time, then).

About the "abuse" button. I don't know. As long there is no insult or other violation of the rules here, it's hard to let us (the users) to decide, what "abuse" is. It's hard, I admit, but because one does use FUD doesn't mean we have to do the same (I though we're beyond eye-to-eye).
