Does the "etc" include AutoCAD drawings (.dwg)? I use that allot on my windoze laptop, and it would be nice to be able to edit them in MindSpace. I guess it would also import those same formats too?

@yoodoo2

I love MindMap programs!

How are the functions for MindMaps compared to other software on other platforms, like MindJet MindManager for instance?

@RuDeE

Sadly not. Will currently only inport native .mso files, although in the long term svg import will be implemented.

Buiolt-in export is to txt, html and svg. other formats are exported "indirectly" using svg tools package.

Primitive? I've been using FreeMind and Inspiration as vague reference models and implementing stuff I find useful.

Grab the Demo and let me know what else needs to be done.

@All

The latest issue of Total Amiga contains a preview article of MindSpace. Many thanks Robert!

The preview is based on version 0.92 and there have obviously been a number of improvements since then including:
-> 4 times as many built-in drawing shapes
-> User defined shapes
-> Native export to text and html as well as .mso format
-> Full graphic export to svg, .png and .pdf (via svgtools)
-> Enhanced keyboard control (GUI and drawing/object placement)
-> Undo/Redo re-written from scratch

Version 0.97a is now up on the website and should fix any problems under OS4 Final.
Thanks for continued support, ideas and bug-reports.

@yoodoo2

Bit of a self-proclaimed bump.

I'm just putting together the last few pieces of the next release.

Anyone got any bugs for me to fix first?

@registered users:

A pre-release of 1.1 is up on the registered users' page of the website.

1.1 allows the use of multi-line textboxes as shown here and fixes a couple of memory related bugs.

Note to self: must set up new mailing list...

Minor update released (1.11c) on 22 March 2008.

Should hopefully improve stability on OS4 Classic machines.

Feedback very much welcome!

@thread

Just a bit of advance notice that I'm (finally) putting the finishing touches to a mini MIndSpace update and will hopefully put a new archive up on the website a bit later today.

Edit: done. Version 1.2 now available to registered users from the website. Contact me if you've lost your login details.
