I'm not sure its a good idea to get into the old Wayne vs Mike Bouma
war Evidence or not is irrelevant - the issue is should people
be publically told off - it happens ALL THE TIME on Amiga.org
when a moderator leaves a comment in a thread after moderating it
and on here and even on ANN ( except there its anonymized by
calling it abuse ).

I don't see this is a big deal. I took my medicine once on Amiga.org
and learned to live with it.

I have just recently communicated privately with Matt and believe me that is something I rather not do again.

The issue was about a person making a general complaint against trolling, to which Bloodline tried to pressure this person to name specific individuals.

In reply I stated that I believed we should keep things general as this would probably cause trouble and that I also agreed the trolling had to end.

He PMed me and asked me to compile a *troll list* to which I said no. And then he publicly replied: "I did try and resolve this matter in private with MikeB but he is very keen on smearing threads "

With such an attitude, I consider this to be waste of time. If asking me to compile a list of trolls is his way of resolving things.... While in fact if I would have only named one person who I consider to troll, I am pretty sure he would have used such information against me.
