I couldn't test ZorroIV much. I remember it listed cards correctly but didn't have time to test anything more as I had other things to do.

FastATA for Z IV has little in common with Fast ATA for A4000, but I guess it will work. Most of stuff works OOTB. If the drivers are hacky you may have to add them to petunia blacklist but drivers usually work as long as they don't do nasty stuff with caches or use DMA.

Drivers using DMA should work, drivers using fake DMA and MMU hacks won't.

Edit: Well, if Elbox releases OS4 specific drivers using their fake DMA stuff they should work, I guess.
