Thanks.
I'm thinking at minimum, we could use: Company name Info on whether they are selling OS4.1, Sam, or both Valid contact info
The "dealer" section on AW won't suffice, since we want to point to the specific listings for OS4.1/Sam when someone asks about it here. The "dealer" section is way too general and would require folks to plow thru too many listings that are unrelated to OS4.1/Sam.

| A new Swedish dealer, how very unexpected! I would have gotten my OS4.1 from there if I knew about it.... _________________ - Don't get fooled by my avatar, I'm not like that (anymore, mostly... maybe only sometimes) > Amiga Classic and OS4 developer for OnyxSoft. |

Hast Enterprises ARE listed on the thread I linked above...
I hope people will check that list before ordering. _________________ ¤¤ Official Hyperion Zealot ¤¤

| So I guess this means the Software Hut is no longer a player? I just checked their Amiga page and it is not updated.
Are they even still in business, does anyone know?

Probably not! I went there a few times to check up on accelerator hardware, seemed they had stuff, but it was never updated!

They have not answered my email of some months ago either. They were always so helpful to me in the past. I bought my A1 from them._________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. |

Software hut is still there and replied to my email last week.
amiga@softhut.com or sales@softhut.com are the email address:
At 06:31 PM 9/30/2008, you wrote: > Are you still selling new Amiga 4000T computers? Someone on one of the forums said they bought one with an 060 accelerator for about $1000.
Yes we can get them but they are new, boxed, complete with manuals, OS, keyboard etc., 6 month warranty and not cheap. Cost for an 040 25mhz with 2mb ram base unit is $ 1079.00. Maybe the person you talked to had his own 060 to put in there
> Are you going to carry the sam 440 (flex?) and Amiga OS 4.1?
No one ever approached us to sell them. Do you have a link to the company?
> Did you ever get any cat weasels? I had ordered one several months ago ($125 because I purchased Amiga Forever) and never got it. If you have any, let me know and I'll give you my credit card information.
I probably still have your order, Individual Computers had to make a new batch and under German law can't have any lead so he had to redesign it which cuased the delay. I should have the new batch around October 25

I've notified them multiple times on this LONG ago. I gave them links to the "news" and the dealer listing on AW. I have no idea where their mail is going atm.

Strange that I did not get a reply to asking about OS 4.1.

I don't think Joe is keeping up with the news. He needs to get an account on here or other sites and get involved with the Amiga community. As a business man he just cannot sit back and wait for the world to beat a path to his door._________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. |

| It seems that the SAM440 is not available anymore (checked several online shops)... at this moment at least
I wonder if it will ever be ...or not? |

Yes, you have to wait just a little for new batches manufacturing of Sam440EP. And very soon also Sam-Flex will be available (december 2008) Last edited by kyle on 08-Nov-2008 at 11:19 PM.

It was mine unfortunately...I am moving and have to sell a lot of things I normally wouldn't. Had a variety of people offer me 200, 300 even 400 on eBay for a complete system including monitor, speakers and printer. I guess even the newer Amiga SAM's don't hold their value? I was surprised frankly, thought it would sell very fast at $ 1,000 _________________ AmigaOne X1000 owner |
