Why Hyperion still haven't the OS 4.1 OEM version?

| Yes, why Hyperion and ACube haven't the OS 4.1 OEM version for Sam motherboards, burning the CDs with the OS is a hard work, there are bugs or problems with the OS in the Sam, what is the reason that I'm waiting two weeks ago to arrive the OS 4.1 with the Sam? |

Hey man i waited for os4 first version and runned linux for a good long time. so 2 months is nothing compared :D
Then i waited for the updates, then final os4, then os4.1 :D Last edited by Kicko on 11-Oct-2008 at 07:05 PM.

Hyperion stated on the 17 September 2008:- AmigaOS4.1 for SAM 440ep was imminent for Beta-Test. Have you volunteered to be a beta tester ? if not you will just have to be patient like us AmigaOne owners were. We paid our money to the likes of Amigakit and had to wait until UCube sent them out.

The poor kid...! My A1 was delivered in April 2003 ; OS4pre was mailed July 2004!!

| they are using all their resources to make back plates for the sam440.... so the sam440 will fit in a pc case.....

Same here, the two months I mentioned here was from the "OS4 gone gold" to the moment mailman came with the cd._________________

We can't see the source and we can't code even if we could see the source but we sure as hell can wait! WaitingOS 4.1 - it's gonna be great! Any minute now...
I couldn't care less how long the heros of waiting twiddled their thumbs in years gone by - what a lousy precident. I waited more than a year for MorphOS 2 and others waited quite a bit longer. Quite a few more just moved on. Guess they didn't drink enough of that Kool-Aid.

The CD ISO image was delivered last weekend (I mean the one before this one). Should be in production now, I don't know whether it will be a burned CD or a fabricated one.
Unfortunately, it all takes as much time as it takes. Nothing to be done about it. _________________
