Sellers must accurately represent the location from which their item will be shipped in the item location field. False, inaccurate or misleading information about the shipping location of an item is not allowed on eBay. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions including: * Listing cancellation * Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings * Limits on account privileges * Loss of PowerSeller status * Account suspension

Some Examples
Quote:
Examples of accurate item location include: Hong Kong, Hong Kong Beijing, China Sydney, Australia Examples of inaccurate item location include: Hong Kong, United Kingdom HK, United Kingdom Worldwide, United Kingdom Direct from Manufacturer to, United Kingdom

Why does eBay have this policy?
Quote:
Inaccurate location representation leads to higher shipping costs and longer shipping times than expected for buyers. Listings that breach eBay policy undermine the trust and legitimacy of the marketplace and are harmful to both sellers and buyers within the Community.

@meet.mrnrg

I'm not saying you're being dishonest, but if eBay's terms and conditions allowed you to be dishonest, would you be? Ethically, they represent a minimum requirment, not a limitation.

I fear and respect and honer the 10 commandments. If I break it, I must fix it also works for me!

But I was thinking maybe these new Pirates might intercept my shipments and doom my plans! But OB1 has shown, he will fight to serve and protect! ROBOCOP Man.

Besides, I've seen people's luggage go missing, any from head rests, carry on bags and even big bags. I mean what about the US AIR Freight Airplane that crashed overseas, that was only recently. So I have to assume its low risk, but slot it-into the delivery time frames, just in case.

This is what shipping insurance is for and why most reputable sellers encourage or in some cases even require the buyer to purchase it. It does not impact delivery estimates you make to customers. All this talk of things that can happen with overseas shipments (using extreme ridiculous examples like Somali Pirates) continues to make it seem like you don't have these items on-hand. If a package gets lost or stolen, again thats what shipping insurance for value is meant to cover.

Ok, so..first you said you had them on hand.

Pre-orders on ebay?

A: No, 2 items available
Any more would require me to take pre-oders to meet bulk buy prices.

And now you post a pic that 'will contain' systems, plus a month delivery time.

Can you *honestly* finally say - no, you do NOT have the auction systems on hand yet? This should not be as difficult as you're making *any* of this, really.

@meet.mrnrg

Can’t believe any one order this, before OS4.x is supported, and before Hyperion has officially stated that they will support this hardware platform, I guess every one is crazy.

Where is this box now?

Where was the box when the picture was taken?

Do you own the box and/or its contents in this exact picture?

Pre-orders? Why don't you try to sell the two you say are located in Ashburn, VA first on your ebay auction page? The ones you keep choosing not to confirm you really do have on hand.

@fairlanefastback

Is it a real box, or just rendered whit Real3D?
Is the plastic, real plastic?
Is the image in 1:1 size or is magnified?

So many questions

@meet.mrnrg

You continue to refuse to answer the most basic questions, while quoting commandments.

Simple YES OR NO.

DO YOU HAVE THE AUCTION SYSTEMS ON HAND?

If not, then I believe you have already lied. If so, I believe you again, have already lied.

Either way, yes or no?

@wegster

NO = NO Auctions Right Now!
YES = PayNow / BuyItNow is more appropriate for
eBay Item: 160325770518
Name: LimeBook PPC, LimePC, Lime Notebook , Power PC Computer

Its hard to imagine that you are now not just trying to screw around with Wegster IMHO. Yes your ebay item is not technically an auction. But its obvious to most literate people what he was asking about.

I see little purpose in you making this exchange a mockery. (Is this just personally amusing you?). But for the sake of continuing to take the high road I'll re-phrase Wegster's question for your, it seems, very particular consumption requirements.

DO YOU HAVE THE BUY IT NOW SYSTEMS LISTED IN EBAY ITEM # 160325770518 ON HAND IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN ASHBURN, VA?

YES - Items are in the USA
YES - Items will be shipped from VA (Easy Coast USA) as per eBay Item Location AND eBay policy, "Item Location == Where the Item will be shipped from"

NOTE: Penalties for not doing so, fall on the seller, not the buyer!
NOTE: Penalties for not honoring a BuyItNow sale fall on the seller, not the buyer!

Who was not at peace?

You are trying to sell something and people have been asking you questions about it. You've been, in the opinion of several, dodgy in many of your answers. So you were simply repeatedly asked until you answered directly and clearly. Had you answered directly in the first place you could have avoided the spectacle all together. Nothing complicated or not peaceful about it. Welcome to retail sales.
