@Fransexy

I really like that logo. I don't think that everything has to have boing balls just because it is an Amiga program, and this looks really professional.

@diegocr

I like your last one very much even if the red square's texture seem a little messy.

@Rogue

You're right... but i also think that "fransexy" icon as-is for TimerWolf may cause confusion (outside the community..(?)) Hence, a sign of "amigaland" would be nice , imo.

@diegocr

Well then just add a check mark or italic letters Then it's Amiga-ish

Hmmm, don't really like that... it may be better just to have the boing ball as is, but with the chrome reflective surface on it. I think overlaying to much stuff on the ball will be disturbing to the eye. I think the Fox component is beautiful, sleek, but the actual ball should be a boing ball - but chromatic.

Q!

@ErikBauer

Thanks.

Well... considering i'm *not* a graphician (correct term?) at all, i'm doing what i can do, which btw i don't do frequently but looks like i got inspired today

that red-part of my boing was intended to be an strange atmosphere/aurora (feel free to interpret it )

@ikir

Yeah, it's really nice but maybe someone could try to mix boing ball with this representation of the Earth. Might be quite eye-catching :)

Thx.

@Radov

Almost perfect! I think the top one is better, because it is simpler (= less messy). Only thing missing is some shiny highlight and/or transluceny for the boing ball. That would also help the chequered pattern look more like a ball too, and less like a table cloth...

@Radov @diegocr

Something like what Radov linked (the second/bottom picture) but where the World appears only through translucent RED squares (not the white ones, the white ones should stay solid).

As if the Red ones were made of glass and the white ones of some solid matte color (maybe a 3D program would be most suitable for this kind of effect).

This way it would not be messy (by the way, the red color although transparent, should be "uniform" and not "grainy").

@ChrisH
Exactly, but following my advice having glass like/semi transparent red parts which show the world map (IMHO).

So far I like the ones in post #2 and post #33.

From post #1 I get a 404 error if I try to open the link provided.
