Well, to say it a bit differently, MorphOS developers decide if they want to communicate or not about something, especially when it's their own project (see Powerbook/G5, faster 3d drivers and so on).

As for OWB, it's wrong to say it has nothing to do with MorphOS. I'm also in the MorphOS development team, and OWB is part of the OS. But since it's also largely based (to say the least) on an opensource project, i just found it fair to opensource the parts i wrote.

Even though i completely follow your irritation on the matter, we just simply can't do anything about it, other than forgive the the guys for being nerds who don't have a clue about community but-licking.

I never said I wasnt satisfied with Os4. I'm actually planning to purchase it pending update3 release.

I'm not making "accusations" this is common sense business here. I WANT the X1000 to succeed I WANT OS4 to succeed. Thats why i'm raising these concerns.

If you cant see the factual observations to my logic in this thread, then I have to say you are not truly looking at the X1000 news situation in an objective way..

Well, DUH again. There are lots of "real" progress reports, etc. I can't help it that pictures & videos of the X1000 being *manufactured* aren't enough for your instant gratification. As I see it, your problem is that you live in a fantasy world where everything happens instantly, rather than the real world where manufactured products have to be tested & boxed at the manufacturing site, shipped overseas to the company which ordered the manufacturing, unpacked by that company, and then boxed & sent to individuals (possibly overseas again!) who then have to unpack said products, then spend time configuring & using said product, before finally finding time to take pictures & make reports. (And that is the absolute simplest way something being manufactured could lead to pictures & reports - it could easily be longer & more complex.)
