Thanks for the video of the Amiga section. It really gave me a feel for the show despite not being able to attend myself in the end. I love tennis and my wife so we ending up watching the tennis at the in-laws house instead. If my mates had wanted to go I may have dragged myself away but ho hum, next time Gadget.....

I can answer your point about the layout of the stands as there's a simple reason. Electrical points. They're spread out across the venue (with many in some very awkward places), so the stand layouts had to reflect where the access to power was. Some exhibitors required more power than others, and that helped dictate where we located them.

As for the Amiga group being at the back, not all of them could come on the Friday which meant that putting them in the front area would be impossible. They were actually in the biggest space possible within the main museum.

Turnout numbers were hit by the warm weather and a British contender in the Wimbledon final, but like you say it didn't stop people having a great time.
