Best of luck on recovery , if you get angry or under stress just have
some medications prescribed for you and try to get as much rest
as healthy.

Try to avoid thinking to much , watch movies or anime or something
to get your mind of things and if you feel anxious/nervous/scared/angry
talk to doctor.

I quite agree. Not that I relesed much in the early days but before I was fully online I spent a lot of time working on Amiga projects. I recall my mum cut me down to four hours a day on the computer. And this included watching TV! Now days all I tend to do is go on the Amiga forums and do stuff in between. Or force my self offline.
