i have read here on morphos-news.de that bbrv claim that Amiga Inc. has a new CEO. Could this be true?

One thing I have found since my recent return to Amiga: Dont believe jack squat until you here it from the horse's mouth.
Bill Buck also seems to have an axe to grind with Amiga Inc. so I regard this as dubious.

Maybe they are just waiting till OS4 is finished to announce it all in one executive update? This would mean that OS4 will be released soon

Hehe, I tend to do a lot of accusing people of trying to put negative spins on Amiga news these days...I think you are doing the opposite, though. (Not that I'm blaming you, I too REALLY want to believe that OS4 is ready for release )

Interesting.

I don't see what Mr. Buck would have to gain by stating
such a thing if it wasn't true. It's so easily refuted; A lie
would only slap the big label "FUD" right back in his face.
That said, it might be considered "poor sportmandship" to
drop this little strategic bomb now, before it's official,
knowing well the amount of rumors it will start... Oh well.

Let's wait for AInc:s official statement, without speculating
too much or too wildly.

It seems like Mr.Buck wants to do everything Amiga Inc. isnt doing, and mocking/overdoing it,
to make them look foolish, the T-shirts are
one example, he's even sending away t-shirts to people who just asks and posting a T-shirt counter stats in the forums :) ...ofcource its nice and all that, but atleast I see it as an
....don't know the word in english....

Im sure if its true it will come an announcement at Amiga Inc's homepage, but again Buck are scoring points by 'leaking' this to the community
first.
