Again: I'm not worried about the emulator. I know it's unusable. I'm just worried that people think it's a good thing. And I'm really p*ssed off by people who call me "incredibly stupid" because I tell KimmoK that I don't see a reason why I should see an OS4 emulation on MOS as a good thing. |
Note, OS4emu is being use beyond just the compatibility issue or its uncompleted state i.e. maximising the publicity/mindshare (what?s left of it). Last edited by Hammer on 29-Nov-2004 at 09:53 PM. Last edited by Hammer on 29-Nov-2004 at 09:49 PM.

another attempt to discredit small users? |
Bullocks. I didn't say that, if you care to read my posting. I said it would motivate *some* people (and not necessarily only vocal trolls) to piracy, NOT that MorphOS users are pirates per se.
Another weak attempt to put words in my mouth._________________ Seriously, if you want to contact me do not bother sending me a PM here. Write me a mail |

No you said MorphOS users would pirate OS4. That just pissed me off reading it. How dare you say that. If it came to the point of needing the OS4 CD to get the working better I would buy the CD just as I did with all the Os3.X releases for my Amiga as they came out. Threads like this are what hurt all of us. Its funny how more and more of you are getting all upset the more the OS4EMU develops. |

If you deliberately bait The Hyperion crew you will get the replies your aiming for.
You know that, thats why your enjoying winding them up.
If the Moderators step in .. I wouldn't be surprised to read posted elsewhere proof of AW's overzealous moderation again.
Just quit it !!

That user is an idiot then. The OS4 CD is absolutely useless for OS4Emu. _________________

| It has nothing to do with winding them up. In the start of all this thread everyone was saying they dont care, then it turned into a big issue as the app advanced. Its just sad. Last edited by Acill on 06-Dec-2004 at 09:35 PM.

[forget it]
Perhaps I overreacted a bit here, but I just wanted to tell Acill that potential piracy problem exists. Last edited by Mr_Capehill on 06-Dec-2004 at 11:53 PM. Last edited by Mr_Capehill on 06-Dec-2004 at 11:52 PM.

Why don't users just have faith in the sytems they have bought and support them and where logical cross-platform development. To me an OS4 emulator of any discription on MOS is a statement that something is missing there and something of a compliment AND I am sure MOS users would feel the same regarding a MOS emulator (whatever) on OS4.
Get with the program folks, stick to you own for now at least until the toddlers can walk, then let them play with each other.
