Helgis Back With Update 4 After Weekend

Hello people I'm still running Update 3 and i haven't succeeded making
a working OS4 Update 4 Install CD, but now that my friend is doing that on
a PC getting a fully working Update 4 Install CD, then i will receive it
right after the weekend. I asked him to burn 2 CDs, so that i will have one
in reserve..

Then i shall format my OS4 partition and follow the full install of Update 4
carefully. I might also do some screenmode settings, as required from the PDF
documentation, i believe, but will get back to that. Before copying my settings
from Update 3, i'll test if the Update 4 install has gone successfully, which
i'm quite sure it will, then i copy my settings. It might become a bit of much
work to do, but we love such working, right? Because it's Amiga

I actually gave the first test-release of Epistula a test Quite an interesting
Messenger it's going to be Well, couldn't log in yet, but it will soon.
I even recognized the MSN sounds How cool I'm very sure that Epistula
will become just as powerful as MSN is today afterwards

You might wonder what i'm doing while waiting to receive the OS4 Update 4 Install CDs.
Well, i have XBox and i'm playing Star Wars - Knights Of The Old Republic - The Sith Lords.
I have come very far and i have become a very powerful Jedi. I'm both a Jedi Consulator Level 15
and a Jedi Weapon Master Level 1. I have a double-bladed yellow lightsaber. My
current level is now to find the second lost Jedi on a planet called Ondaron,
but to work my way there, i have to explore the Dux jungle and help the people
there with some small bonus-missions I have done some combat training to
improve my skills and the Dux warriors have become very surprised of my skills.
I gave my Jedi the name Ben Skywalker I have many in my team now. 3 droids,
3 women named Keia, a Henchwoman, a Dark but kind ex-Sith named Vossin and 2
men called Atton and Bao-Dux, who helped me create the lightsaber Pretty cool!

So i'll soon be back with Update 4 having the beautiful look as you know already,
but GUI will look even better and feel even better Looking forward to it.
Just give me some time. I need to set it up nicely. Reading this threat, you'll
know that i'll be back soon working carefully installing the update. Don't worry

@Helgis

You really don't have to let us know every move you are doing. I don't need to know what you do on the crapper or what kind of tissue paper you use.

@Helgis

Yes, Helgis, we know you're here. Do you see any other member starting a thread to let people know
that he's still here?

C'mon guys we all went a bit mad waiting for the update, I almost ate my own feet trying to download the orginal big file on Dial-up!

Imagine what it must be like STILL waiting? And at least the thread title has the word "Helgis" in it, not like we wasn't warned?

Right, and now try to imagine what it must be like still waiting for HARDWARE - not just for an "update".

We, the lucky few, those blessed by the spirt of Jay Minter, these fortuntates, the smug, the OS4 runners, can only sympathise.

And maybe have a good chuckle at your misfortune on the side!

joke!

Did we mention just how fast and responsive OS4 now is?

You know, I did see one a week or so ago titled "I'm Back".

Or am I having a senior moment?

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
