WookieChat v2.3 beta1, now localised

| The only major change in v2.3 so far is localisation support. WookieChat's text strings are no longer hard coded. Instead, each string is pulled from a language catalog, with an english fallback if there are catalog errors. What this means basically is Wookie is not limited to english, and people will be able to write translations easily in future.
There are 205 strings to be converted for each catalog. Some strings are short, such as "connected to". Some strings are a few lines long, such as button help bubbles. The english catalog is just over 8k in size!
I've had offers for people to do french swedish and danish translations so far. But first I want to make sure I havent messed anything up. I've already fixed a few minor errors.. one was the arrangement of my Nick change message.. "is now known as nick newnick" instead of, "nick is now known as newnick". Another error was, "finished sending file" when recieving. It's little things like that I need to root out!

WookieChat 2.3 beta 1 ..these are executables only, please extract these files and run from an existing WookieChat directory.
