Some new announcements required

Looking at some of the recent threads, this community is suffering from anxiety due to lack of new announcements. It's an affliction caused by waiting for new hardware/software and not knowing when or if it's coming. Quick, someone announce a new product, and update, an updated SDK, or even new hardware. That'll reduce symptoms for a while.

NOTE: Only real announcements will work to cure this anxiety problem.

Hans

P.S. I'd really like an updated SDK. Pretty please.

@Hans

I believe the SDK is in the pipe line.

@NutsAboutAmiga

More news about SAM would be very welcome, or even better, a new Amiga Inc. endorsed motherboard for OS4 AND BEYOND.

We should give this unique Amiga syndrome a name and insert your definition!

The OS4-on-a-stick project is progressing very well.

My colleague at Hongkong ET Tech has just send me the first prototype that I am currently testing with Linux. My experience with it can be called "fun".
The plan is now to just slightly revise the design by adding 2 PCI-Express, 4 PCI and 2 AGP slots and accordingly reworking the uncommon form-factor.
Optionally we plan to fit the device inside the Amiga fantasy case (Atheist is currently helping me on polishing up the case design).

Lets name it like this:

AAS = Amiga Agony Syndrome
An affliction caused by waiting for new hardware/software and not knowing when or if it's coming.

@hatschi

How nice of you to try and help. Just one problem though:

I.e., an announcement of something real.

Why not pushing it a step further... I guess AAA = Amiga Agony Ailment would fit quite well

AAA? I only wonder what AAAA/ACube is then? *shock*

Oh boy, as if Amigans weren't suffering from enough mental diseases already...

m3x's words in this thread:
Quote:
No, si riferisce al "mitico" chipset AAA

(literally translated: "No, it refers to the "legendary" AAA chipset", where "it" = "ACube name").

2) I formally announce that an announcement about MindSpace will be made in the next 2 days.

@elatour

Whatever we call it, I think it should have both 'Chronic' and 'Acute' in front of it!

Surely the acronym needs to be #### - something like Amiga Related System Expectations.

How about ASS = Amiga Sadness Syndrome

Could be know as AASS = Acute Amiga Sadness Syndrome

Edit:
OK, I edited my comment! Seems like some members on this site want to make this into a dirty post. Dirty minds think dirty thoughts.

I Have An Announcement:

I am now the sole owner of all things Amiga. I hereby grant a license for hardware to those spaced invaders, The Martians, It the Terror from Beyond Space.

Why not allow a firm on earth to get a license, WELL . . .

I would hate to see a "Chronic" and "Acute" illness like AAS see the likes of a cure . .

Do you realize what would happen if a cure came about?
