Personally, I'd tick a third box along the lines of "I don't care, as long as they bring us a new Amiga and act ethically while doing so". The court is best placed to judge this from a legal standpoint, and if everyone else starts taking sides then in a few months there'll be yet another schism within the community and no market of any description left to serve.

I personally don't "love" any of both... both have shown incompetence, but Amiga Inc. have shown a lot more of incompetence. They utterly failed to deliver something I could have written this lines with. Not to mention the lots of other failures, unifying the community for example...

Well, Hyperion instead delivered something I have written this lines with and managed to form a group of (mostly) satisfied Amiga users with their product.

BTW., it makes real fun to use this result of Hyperion's work

I've just voted Hyperion.
In my opinion Amiga Inc has not a clear strategy for the Amiga platform.... but maybe i'm wrong....

I would like to support whichever produces a "complete" Amiga product. And by Complete I mean not just the OS and Hardware; I also mean dedicated customer support, tech support, and a voice for all of us. NOT a company that simply takes our cash for something we're dying to get, forgets about us, or lies to us. So I'll wait patiently, (Yet again) for the future to unfold and show us WHO that will be.

I live in Alaska and have 2 original Amigas- - A500 1Meg ver 1.3/.20 switch boot and A4000/040.

Very hard to choose under current situation. Amiga Inc. might not be all the problem. Perhaps A inc. could have have shipped OS 4 sooner Without Hyperion's help ? I just think Rogue was very cool for keeping us kind of informed...

Hyperion made it possible for me that I can now enjoy the property and full use of my Micro since December 2004! I heavily doubt whethert Amiga Incapable would be capable (sic!) of such a feat.

Dunno what to vote, but sure as hell that announcing they will make new machines after all the time without a buyable machine in the stores doesn't redeem AInc automatically, they will have to try harder.

Probably Hyperion had been "bad guys", legally speaking, but they did the OS and they tried to market it. I like companies that have a product and also the intention to sell it, and that hasn't been the AInc. situation for years
