Had to laugh at two funny points in that video...

at 24:10 = First Contact...much better than early bird..

and

34:30 = your get a Coupon....for a free t-shirt!....no for OS4.2

Its amazing what this community has been though to get to here. And if you dont know what I'm on about, you better not knowing

@tekmage

Wow. If anyone had any doubts about how many different things were available for viewing and purchase at AmiWest, 2011, this should drive home the point.
Surely a new AmiWest record for diversity.

Ryu can confirm, since he has the numbers, but for comparison sake:
AmiWest 2010 - peaks in the 80s.
AmiWest 2011 - peaked about 135 iirc.

Given the dramatic time difference from Europe to PDT, these are encouraging numbers, imo.

Am I right in thinking Jason McMullan did a presentation? If so, any footage?

dont think jason was there. i think he just supplied the aros 68k media to dave and was done with it. which is reasonable imho. i wouldnt bother with anything beyond that.

interesting.
i remember some claims there was 1k+ attendees on amiwest 2k10, which turned out to be meant as visitors via stream. so this is more like actual figures about those visitors?

No. As I stated in the AmiWest thread, he visited via skype and did a q/a.
Those of us who watched the live feed got to view it at that time.

You're confusing "unique" visitors with maximum viewing just the video stream at the same time.

@RobertB

Thanks for editing the videos and posting them! The audio is coming through nice and clear, even with a little background noise. Is the audio raw or did you use your new processing tools?

Great work!
