Are you an Amiga evangelist?

Do you find yourself posting on forums and purposely inserting something related about the Amiga in a post?

Do you in conversation talk about what you did on the weekend or even during the week something which involved your Amiga?

Do you on any medium, be that on the phone or any social network, randomly make a comment about the Amiga?

If so. You may be an Amiga evangelist!

I do all these things. Even my dad does it by bringing up the Amiga club I go to in conversation. Which is kind of funny because my dad knows what an Amiga is but no one else seems too. What an influential computer!

@Hypex

It depends where I am. I frequent forums for Amiga, BSD, and Linux, and wherever I am at the moment I think I am perceived as an advocate for the other two.

I've been like this for a long time; even back in the day I couldn't bring myself to not like PCs, the Atari ST, or the Apple II GS, even though Amiga was my favorite. I would have had one of each if I could have afforded them all.

I dont because I dont see any reason to do so. I have spoken about MorphOS in a relevant context like what I do outside my job.

@Hypex

No.

Tho I sometimes talk about amiga with friends that used to own one. Some games have so good playability that they still are considered amazing LAN games. IK+ for example.

I like that! All you need is a blog. First I discovered The 80's Man. Now there is The Amiga Man. TAM.

Well first only post to Amiga forums. And if you non-randamly comment about the Amiga you're already there! Thou shalt grant thee with being an Amiga evangelist.

Oh no... Just having a keen fondness for the Amiga and wanting to share.

Perhaps more also on a subconscious level than ramdomly.

Quite a random and stupid question.

Offcourse my horse! I could do this and that and You have a pc that can't understand.. Virus attaction etc problems. "You have computer experience". Well yeah..

I found an answer to the many questions: Give You an Airplane and see how Your doing after a few minutes. Posting in a pc but don't wanna know anything about it.

Anything Only By Amiga can be done. Allways reminds me. Usually older games interest more as OS4 and Morphos are both quite retrostuff for anything NG..

Just Please change the word. Yes, I'm a fan forever!

I used to keep my Amiga passion a secret, for fear of being labelled a retro geek.
However in this new liberal society I outed my self and talk about the Amiga with joy and happiness. Interestingly I have met a few other in the closet Amigans since I took my brave step!!

Quite the same. Then burning rubber with the Vet and a lot of buildings made. Geek?

Have used the skills in many ways for the few companies.

Amigausers are special winners that think with their brains?

What a strange response. It starts off negitive and ends up positive.

Change what word?

@Xmas87

I too have met other Amigans this way. Sometimes just by saying what I've been up too. I started off saying "computer club" but that just makes them ask things like, "What do you do there? Play games on your PC?" So then I call it "Amiga Users Group" and if the person has heard of the Amiga they are interested to hear more. But if they haven't and Amiga is just some generic name for some computer club I can then get the response, "What do you do there? Play games on your PC?"
