Software News : GSE, Idle 68k and The X0XPackage updated

Just recently Michel 'DMX' Bagmeijer updated 3 of his packages and released them on Aminet.
Idle 68k -> Added limited arexx support added. It can be found in the util/moni dir. Gse -> Removed a small error. It can be found in the game/patch dir. The X0XPackage -> Small changes + small speedup. This one can be found in the mus/edit dir.
