News   News : Amitopia TV 4th of March 2009 show is out
   posted by AmiDelf2 on 6-Mar-2009 0:06:34 (2714 reads)
Hello. Just wanted you to know that newest Amitopia TV show is on-line. You can either
download it from www.amitopiatv.com or watch it on-line at Vimeo website.

Content this time: Amiga News, The Mysterious Cities Of Cold, MusicBox and AmiReporters.

Also in this note! Amitopia TV wants your creation. Either its animated, a demo or a demonstration of an Amiga product. You don't have to be professional, what is important is that Amitopia TV gets some content to show, and that people who watch Amitopia TV see that the Amiga is alive and that there are users who still use the Amiga today.

I know that Amiga people are creative. So go on and send me anything. Send it by 22.03.2009 and I will have it included in one of the next shows depends on length etc. of your content that you want to send. Google Mail got a limit of 7GB now, so don't send bigger files than that please

From Sunday 08.03.2009 you will be able to watch AmiReporters! and MusicBox from this release on Youtube.

Remember that Amitopia TV is an art form. I am a fan of the 80's and 90's TV idents. Like the ones from Sky and FilmNet etc. So Amitopia TV show is like a local TV network showing you programs. But since not everyone is interested in my art, I decided back in days to release parts of Amitopia TV on YouTube because of the high demand. So here we are... !

The YouTube clips will come on YouTube between 5 and 6 days after the full releases of Amitopia TV.

Download: www.amitopiatv.com
Stream link: vimeo.com/3480690

Happy watching !

Regards,
Michal

Thanks for another Amitopia. Only negative part is the end with the stuff showed from a mobile cam. Hard to see anything. You should crave at least more quality video before adding it into amitv. People can try to borrow a better cam from a friend or so and record. The voice was ok ;)

Other then that amitopiaTV was nice.

a big plus is you talk news about os4/mos/aros etc stuff :D

Hi. I know. I could have done it in another way. Next time if I get a .3gp file
I will make it smaller and add graphics around it.

AmiReporters is really for everyone. It aims at giving different stories from
different users. If you have an review of AmigaOS 4.1 or other things I would
make it as a review post.

Thanks for comments and I will make adjustments to files in .3gp which is in
a really bad condition. Its comments like this that improves the show.

Cool... like an internet TV channel. Similar to 3Btv, or FreeScreen, a TV show which used to only be broadcast in the Meridian region of ITV.

Good to have another outlet to send my Amiga-generated work too, although as I explained, at the moment I can't actually do so, mainly because of my dial-up "narrowband" connection!

Shame I can't send things to Amitopia TV by post, as that's what I always do otherwise: 3Btv and such. Maybe someone in Britain could set up a branch for uploading to Amitopia.

Without broadband, I really can't watch Amitopia TV either; hopefully I'll have it back in a few weeks.

I've added a 320x240 version of the show which is about 80mb in size instead
of 700mb. It's ment for modem/ISDN owners etc. People have asked about this
since November last year. Well, better late than never they say, don't they? :)
