The update 1.52 of Word Me Up XXL is now available for AmigaOS 4 enabled computers. The MorphOS release is planned in a few days.



New features:
- Visual effects not enabled by default.
- Improved handling of the sound system.
- Better management of the joystick/joypad.
- A few German translations were fixed.

This update is free for all people that have already bought the game.

Don't forget to register your copy to get updates if you don't buy game via our webshop. And always send us you new e-mail if it's updated.

You can dowload a free updated demo containing 8 of the 64 game levels (here).

With WordMeUp XXL, take fun!

Thanks for the updated demo.

This version is now playable on my sam440ep 667Mhz mini-itx with the built in graphics card unlike the previous release. Screen fade are still a little slow, but actual game play is fine and I can now get into the game the same day rather than just watching the screen fade in an out slowly in the menu's

Great! Thanks for your feedback.
I haven't got myself a Sam440ep so I've done tests with some other amigans to improve the game on it.
Good to see it is now better

The fades still make the game feel a little slower than it actually is as the frame counter down the bottom of the display says I am getting about 66fps while actually playing and moving around which seems like plenty to me

So all in all much better but still a little room for further improvement in future updates.

Keep up the good work I will need to add the game to my next Birthday wish list even if I am a little older than the target market for your game
