| So what happens if you have both installed? Should you have both installed? |

What do you mean with "both installed"?
There is no other exFAT supporting file system available for AmigaOS. |

| "couple of advantages over NTFS3G are faster file I/O operations as well as case insensitive file names."
I assume that it also supports NTFS? Or if it supports FAT is it a replacement for CrossDOS? Last edited by hotrod on 13-Feb-2015 at 06:13 PM.

No, I just wrote that because it might be interesting for people deciding whether to use NTFS or exFAT for their USB storage media.

CrossDOS only supports legacy FAT file systems and not exFAT. exFATFileSystem only supports exFAT so no, it's not a replacement.Last edited by salass00 on 13-Feb-2015 at 08:40 PM.

Because it's got FAT in it.

Then it's unclear who ever named it. I'd assume it would support FAT as well as exFAT which just looks like an abandoned FAT or a FAT it broke up with which is totally confusing! |

Because it's got FAT in it. | Kadett has got Ka in it, that doesn't make it the same car.

No but the current SFS2 can be a substitute for JXFS if you need large volume sizes or 64-bit files. On average about as good as well sice both lack any recovery tools. |

| Ok. So hoping the JFX (mess as someone told) works for now. Have not had any problems tho so is this another fight within developers? In 68k the PFS was and is great! |
