Announcement   APC&TCP announces CD edition of DigiBoosterPro

At the Amiga and Retro Computing 2002 on 7 and 8 December, APC&TCP publishes the CD edition of DigiBoosterPro.

The CD edition contains the version 2.21 of DigiBoosterPro as well as a completely new documentation.

The software drivers for all Catweasel models have been updated, and the first picture of the new Catweasel MK3 PCI/Flipper is now available.

News   Japanese supercomputer holds on to speed crown

A Japanese supercomputer that studies the climate and other aspects of the Earth maintained its ranking as the world's fastest computer, according to a study released Friday.

The Earth Simulator in Yokohama, Japan performs 35.86 trillion calculations per second -- more than 4 1/2 times greater than the next-fastest machine.

TTEngine (formerly known as TTRender) is an AmigaOS library (named ttengine.library) for rendering high quality text using TrueType fonts. TTEngine is based on FreeType2 project. It is not a plain straightforward FreeType port however. TTEngine has many additional functionality implemented.
