If anyone liked the show, post a comment on the ART website, especially any Amigans who want to be on the show.

Anyone who missed the live video broadcast, here is the audio feed :

great show!
and I know it's not easy to talk on your feet (so to speak) - Wayne and Joe did a fine job.

@amigadave

The new owner is.........Bill Gates!!!

He wants new programming ideas for Windows 8.

Too bad I didn't win a REAL big lottery prize despite all the emails telling me to send my info to various foreign countries. If I won a $multi-million I'd make a deal with ACube and Hyperion and get a big production run of SAM.If someone ordered 10,000 at once I bet you would be shocked by how much lower the price would be!
And it would be a better use of money than sending "foreign aid" to some impoverished country where the local dictator and his cronies steal everything meant for the people.

It does seem odd the new owner seems ashamed of Amiga.org.

Are you kidding!?! The new owner of Amiga.org announces that they are going to reveal who they are on a live broadcast and then comes on via a phone connection (Skype) and says that they want to remain anonymous???

Exactly.

It seems they decided not to release Episode 45 following the AOrg pull out. Which is a shame, as apparently it was a great show.

Did no one manage to record it?

Oh dear, they keep making bad decisions: Censorship is the WORST choice, because then people will wonder what they have to hide, thus keeping interest higher in Episode 45 than it would have been. AND the only answers people will get will be Chinese Whispers, such that what happened gets blown out of all proportion.

If they did anything wrong (which self-censorship seems to indicate they believe they did), then they should say sorry (if they haven't already) instead.

Where can I find the audio for ART 44?

I can only find the Quicktime version and I don't want to install any Crapple software on my PC.

Maybe they are just editing it yet. It was filled with curse after curse after curse...

There is a lot of bleeping they need to add to make it fit for general audience consumption.

And it was a bloody mess. Bill P. keeps saying over and over "I feel caught in the middle guys". The few "tough" questions asked about Tedd Gallion were not addressed.

I think Piru over at Amiga.org put it best when he basically said (to paraphrase) "effectively Amiga.org is DiscreetFX's now".

Bill did promise that nothing would change at A.org though. That was probably the most newsworthy bit out of the show IMO.

I'm pretty sure fairlanefastback is right and it is just being edited, having profanity removed, ART intro audio added at the beginning, remastering in THX Dolby Supersonic Ultimate Quadraphonic surround sound Etc.
